Medical institution "Vitamin +" is a multidisciplinary medical center: consultations with specialists, diagnostics, laboratory tests, medical examinations and certificates. There are many services, and it was difficult for the patient to quickly find the right doctor, test or document and make an appointment.
We organized the center's services into understandable sections: consultations with doctors, diagnostics, laboratory tests, medical examinations and certificates. For each direction, we made a separate page with a description, doctors and a record button. We thought through the patient’s journey: from searching for a service to signing up in a couple of clicks from any page. We prepared pages for patients’ search queries so that services could be found in Yandex and Google. We made a design that inspires trust and works well on the phone.
The patient quickly finds the desired service and makes an appointment, and the service pages bring visitors from the search.
We studied the client’s business and its customers. We compiled a list of sections and rough outlines of the main pages to agree on the content before design.
We drew the website design: fonts, colors, buttons, cards and page versions for computer and phone.
We designed pages for computers, tablets and smartphones and tested them against real texts and photographs.
We connected the site to the management system, configured forms, a catalog and the necessary functions. We made it so that the client’s employees updated the content themselves.
We checked the menu, forms, mobile version, work in different browsers, loading speed and settings for search engines. We corrected the comments and launched the site.
After launch, we continue to work with the site: we monitor its operation, correct errors, update and add new functions.
