Website integration with 1C: prices, balances and orders without manual work.
We set up the exchange between the site and 1C. New products, prices and stock appear on the website themselves, and orders from the website immediately go into 1C. Managers no longer need to copy data, and buyers see current availability.
We set up an exchange from scratch or fix an existing one if it is working with errors.
01
Prices and balances on the website are updated manually, and they often do not match the warehouse
02
Managers retype orders from the website in 1C
03
There is already an exchange, but it creates duplicate goods or silently stops
04
You are updating 1C or moving to a new site and are afraid of breaking the exchange
02
what is included in the work
What is included in the integration
First, we describe what data should be transmitted and in which direction, then we configure and check each important case.
01
Exchange scheme
Together with you, we describe what is being transferred: products, characteristics, types of prices, warehouses, orders, statuses. And which system is the main one for each type of data - so that the site and 1C do not overwrite each other.
02
Products, prices, balances
We set up uploading from 1C to the website: sections, products with characteristics and photos, several types of prices (retail, wholesale), warehouse balances. Select a convenient update schedule.
03
Orders and statuses
An order from the site goes into 1C with the contents, buyer contacts, payment and delivery. The following statuses are returned to the site: “collected”, “shipped”, “paid”.
04
Error Control
Each exchange session is recorded in a log. If something doesn’t go well, it can be seen immediately, and the transmission can be repeated without duplicates.
04
what will you get
What will you get
An exchange that works itself, and if something breaks, it’s immediately obvious.
01
Current catalog
Products, prices and balances are updated according to an agreed upon scenario.
02
Related orders
Orders and statuses are transferred without repeated manual entry.
03
Visible errors
If the exchange does not go through, this is visible in the log, and the transfer can be repeated.
04
Instructions
We describe the settings and schedule so that any specialist can support the exchange.
terms and cost
How much does it cost and how long does the work take?
The cost depends on what is being transferred and how standard your 1C is. After viewing sample data, we name the price and term.
What do the price and term depend on?
What we transfer: only goods and prices or also orders, statuses, contractors
Standard or modified 1C configuration
Number of types of prices, warehouses and product characteristics
Setting up an exchange from scratch or fixing an existing one
Content management system: 1C-Bitrix, WordPress or another
05
how we work
How is the work going?
01
Checking the data
We study the structure of the catalogue, orders and the current method of data transfer.
02
We describe the rules
We fix the direction and schedule of the transfer, methods of comparing goods and rules for resolving conflicts.
03
We configure and finalize
We connect a standard exchange module or program the missing rules.
04
Testing and launching
We check the full cycle on test data, then control the first transmission in the working system.
03
what you need to start
What you need to start
It is enough to describe what is wrong now. We will clarify the technical details together with your 1C specialist.
01
System versions
Let's clarify the site management system, 1C configuration and the exchange module used.
02
Data Examples
You will need examples of product, price type, warehouse and order.
03
Copy for verification
If possible, we start on a copy of the site and a 1C test database so as not to affect the working data.
Send a link to the site and write what is not working now or what you want to change. We will clarify the details, propose the scope of work and explain the next step.
